This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Digital Matters (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Read Maududi App and related services, including web and mobile applications (collectively, the “Application”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with their billing policies. The Company does not process or store card or payment credentials.
For service and account management purposes, the Company may store non-sensitive purchase-related information such as subscription status, product identifiers, transaction references, and expiration dates.
Reminder: Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your app store account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or offensive.
Important: AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered authoritative, legal, or religious rulings.
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of data necessary to operate and improve the Application, enhance AI chatbot performance, and provide user support.
The Application may contain links to third-party services or websites.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, and AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Matters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Application during the preceding 12 months.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
The Application provides educational Islamic content suitable for all ages. Parental guidance is encouraged for children using the Application.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated terms.
